Announcements:

The following website http://mhteched.com/simnet/ has several tutorials on the use of Microsoft Office Products.  Of course, check Excel manuals and google.com.

During the first couple of weeks, TAs will go over excel tutorials during recitations.

Review your notes on time values.  Know how to calculate discounted cash flows.  We will start off with this material in the first week of classes.  Review the book and notes before the class, so you are prepared.  Be ready to participate in class discussions and problem solving sessions.  We do not have homeworks, but I expect you to spend a considerable amount of time at home going over problems and materials discussed in the class, projects and the book.  Good luck with the class.
